The reasonable duration of the process according to the Italian Supreme Court

A recent ruling by the Italian Supreme Court has interpreted the provisions of the Pinto Act (Law no. 89/2001 ) in the sense that the length of the entire judgment, for all three grades (first instance court, appeal court and supreme court), should not exceed six years.
