The Italian Constitutional Court has scheduled the hearing on the constitutionality of the March 28, 2025 decree regarding citizenship jure sanguinis for March 11, 2026.
This is a significant institutional development. All My Lawyer in Italy clients impacted by the March 28, 2025 decree will receive an email with information relevant to their situation.
Clients whose cases were filed before March 28, 2025 are not affected therefore will not receive this update.
